Competent Leadership Evaluator Role and helping Members earn a CL Award

I have added the role of Competent Leadership Evaluator (CLE) to our meetings. The CLE introduces the role at the meeting and members pass their manuals to the CLE for written evaluations. I have created a CL Role & Task Record to assist our members with tracking their progress. The form is available in member downloads. The members staple the record on the inside back cover opposite the Project Completion Record. The members list the page numbers for each project on the Project Completion Record and put an X next to the project when it has been completed and have our VPE sign for the completed project.
