Organizing Club Pictures

I'm new to FreeToastHost. So far so good, but I'm stumped with this --

Are there best practices for uploading and organizing club photos?


We have several years of club photos that we have to move from our corporate intranet, so we'd like to organize them on our FreeToastHost site. I don't see an easy way to do that.

I have found the uploading instructions, so that isn't a problem. I'm looking for help with organizing.

Hello there!

Go to the admin area; upload a photo; next to what you uploaded, type in what you want to call that folder, such as: club photos (place a colon after that and space.

That way you have a folder for all of your photos in one place, plus, this site only has so much space on it. If you unlock each photo you upload, it is available to everyone who goes to the site. Locked, means you have to log in to view the photo.

You can create custom webpages and use tables to organize the images on he custom webpage.

You can also do slideshows with a widget such as Flickrit. Most slideshows will require you to have your photos uploaded somewhere other than on your website. For example, for Flickrit, you would upload your photos to Flickr.
