Our club is considering using the FTH agenda function. Using your documentation, I have been able to create an agenda template for our next meeting to show the officers. I've read through the documentation but I do not see how to automate the ability to generate additional agendas for future meetings using the same template. For example, if a member wanted to sign up for a speaker slot next week and Toastmaster three weeks from now, how do we automate the function that will allow the member to sign up for future meetings?
How far in advance can we go out? Or, is this something that has to be manually done for each meeting?
