Agenda Reformatter

There has been a lot of discussion and opinions about agenda layout and options. FTH is a great step forward for many clubs however our club needed some additional tweaks to fit the agenda on one page and still be readable

There is an excel file available for general public download at the following url which can be used as a starting point to reformat agendas.

There is an instruction worksheet, agenda worksheet and a VBA script that can be customised as required.

how do you keep track of member stats in performing different roles when you use the reformatter?

David,
Members will still sign up as normal and the reports will still contain the relevant detail.

I am simply using a script to manipulate the printed agenda to a more suitable format for our club.

How do I get the agenda with all the fields in the first place?

I tried all the buttons but could not find an xls version that I can download?

The following notes from the instruction tab in the workbook should help

-open selected agenda using the freetoasthost agenda tools
-click the print icon
-press cancel when prompted to select printer
-right click - Select All
-right click - Copy
-open the "Agenda" worksheet in the agenda reformatter workbook
-delete all current content including pictures before you start
-paste content previously copied
-click the button on the instruction page to run the formatting script
