Greetings!

My home club website for the New Albany Communicators Club has a tab labeled Meeting minutes. The club that I'm coaching, the Greater Columbus Toastmasters Club (214)does not have such a tab for storing minutes. My goal is to add a "Meeing Minutes" tab and be able to upload meeting minutes, hopefully in a PDF format. I have reached out to my home club's webmaster, but being computer "challenged" his explanation of reloading websites and various formats are beyond my comprehension. Is there an easy (and easily explained) way to accomplish my task?

Thanks every so much!
Bev

Please always add your club number under your name when posting here... See my signature for an example...

The way you make a folder, is in the admin upload file section, you upload what you want and then you type what you want the folder to be called in front of it with a colon and then space. Such as - Meeting minutes: uploaded file.

Make sure you do the same for each thing you want in that folder or it won't go there...

My home club website for the New Albany Communicators Club has a tab labeled Meeting minutes.

Your home club has a custom page (which shows up on the members only menu list) for meeting minutes. They seem to load the minutes as an image.

To achieve that you need to add a custom page: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/custom-pages
You can choose whether to load the documents as files or images (I would suggest files). Create links to them from your custom page, as per the documentation Brian has provided above. If you prefer to upload images you'll find out how to do that here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/a...editing-page-content
