Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

We Need Access to our Website

After the pandemic our original club didn't leave any information for us to access our FreeToastHost  Website.
Now the information is outdated and we cant guide our members to our site.

Can you please help us gain access to our website?

Please see support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available for instructions on how to update your site admin.

Note that if you need to update the club contact on TI find-a-club, it can take a day or so before it's publicly available.

Thank you Jane for that suggestion.
I have tried to request an entirely new website but the system blocks me since our club does have a pre-existing site.

We just need an updated username and password or reset link to one of our current officers.

Please advise on how we could go about this.

You will be unable to request a new website while there's another one in existence.

To do an admin change request you need to go to www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

Thank you we are in!
Do you happen to have any information on why a "Contact Us" button would be disabled when it is not hidden within our settings?

Please READ the documentation for the website it will answer most of your questions.

Everything on the website needs some sort of setup.
