Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Jess Hawk SAA needs to be moved to Members from Former Members (not sure why)

Hi there,

Our SAA, Jess Hawk, let me know that he cannot login. When I went to Membership Management to see what was going on, I found that he had been moved from Members to Former Members. I swear that I did not do this and do not know what happened, but he is a current, paid member holding a club officer role who needs access to the club website, especially to the January 16 meeting agenda.

Would you be able put Jess Hawk back into Members so that he can login and receive club broadcast emails both to members and to officers?

Moving people is done by those who have access to Membership management.

Your site admin can move him back using the membership manager tools
