Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

President isn’t getting emails

Hello my club website is  654714.toastmastersclubs.org

the President of the club is unable to get emails sent to president-654714@toastmastersclubs.org

my first assumption is that the president disabled this somewhere.  Where can I find this?

I’ve checked Edit You Profile > Email Settings tab

and the check box is unselected so I don’t know why the emails aren’t getting forwarded.

I can see all the emails going to your president and being accepted. Tell her to check her junk box

Yes she found it in junk mail. Is there anything we can do to prevent important emails from falling into junk mail?
