Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Where is the menu to edit our Find a Club listing from Free Toast Host?
Our club is not yet chartered so we don't have a Club Central page, only the FTH page:  28677986.toastmastersclubs.org/

Updating contact info on Toastmasters International website

No problem finding our club number and our FTH page:  28677986.toastmastersclubs.org/ or  redlandsymca.toastmastersclubs.org/
The problem is how to edit the FIND A CLUB listing on the Find-a-Club webpage that features our club:

I can't find that option in any of the FTH admin options (I am the admin)

It's not in FTH admin. It's in Club Central at toastmasters.org. See the document Brian posted.

Yes I know.
But how do we get into Club Central ?  Our club is not yet chartered -

TI and FreeToastHost are separate entities - we have no access or control over TI allows.  Unless they provide a way for unchartered clubs to link to your website, you'll have to wait until you charter.
