Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Public Downloads and how to move the file

club 3038--I would like to move the Public Downloads tab to members only section of the website..  However, when I go into move it, it does not show up as a name of a file that I can move.  I would like to move it to members only section on the website because the link/tab only works with certain browsers and I think most of the info on that link is mostly for members.  I don't want a guest/visitor to click the link and be sent to a login page at Toastmasters International and not directly to the information because I don't want guests frustrated before they get started.   I can't change or edit or add anything to that link to advise people to try different browsers.  Because of this, I would prefer the tab to be in the Members only section on the website.  It took me trying 3 different browsers before I was taken directly to the page at Toastmasters International.

You have two options
1 - hide the Public Downloads menu item at the bottom of the appearance tab on the admin console:  FreeToastHost 3 Support - Appearance
2 - Change the permissions of the files in File Manager from Public to Members Only  FreeToastHost 3 Support - File management
