Several members are not seeing emails from VP Education

Our VP Education is reporting that club members are complaining that they are not seeing the emails that she is sending out via the club email/ Free Toast Host. Please advise what we should/ can do.Elizabeth, Many of the missing email messages are coming from my email to the club email list.  I get the feeling that a number of members don’t see them.  Ted and Kristine, is there anything we can do to see that emails I send to the club aren’t automatically spam-foldered? Or an instruction we can give the club about how to add the club email via my system to an approved sender? I’ve been doing my best communicate things, but a number of people don’t seem to get them, and it is impacting attendance and participation. Thanks, LauraSent from Laura Newton’s iPhone

The FTH email log entry for the one referenced in your message;

Concerning issues with other member's emails, we need them on a case by case basis. There are a variety of potential reasons, some that FTH can check, others that the member would have to address with their webhost/email provider/employer IT dept/etc.

However, like the example above, the FTH email logs don't show any delivery failures to your club members.

Yahoo is accepting the email to her. Have yer check her spam bucket, also have her add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to her contact list.
