Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club #9990

I am an officer in my club but don’t have the Member Management option in the “Members Only” section of our Toast Host website. I have a picture of the options I do have when I login to my account.

My question is how do I get the Member Management option available in my account?

Talk to your site admin, if the club agrees they can add it for you.

Thank you for the quick response! I talked to the admin of the site and she does not know where to go to add permissions. Would you be able to tell me how to add permissions to member management?
