Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club 9241 - Could someone please check to see if this email has been skipped? rauhajessup@outlook.com
She did experience a problem that was resolved March 31, 2021.
It may be a problem on the member's end -- I did recently remove this member from the "contact-us" list to prevent her from receiving additional spam emails.

It seems that outlook.com is blocking her email from the FTH server. Please ask her to to whitelist @toastmastersclubs.org - follow the instructions for outlook users on this page: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Aside from that I note that your club gets a lot of spam - I suggest that you do two things: Check the box to use crowd-sourced blacklisting, and change your Spam Assassin threshold to 3 ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms )
