VPM Email Address is missing in our club website

Hi, I hope you can help.
I am a new VPM at our club.  (Note: Club# and web address is in my profile signature as requested).
I found that it appears there is no VPM email address active for our club.  The email address should be VPM-6332@toastmastersclubs.org but it is not listed in the Club Email Addresses. In fact, the old officers are still showing up in the Club Email Address link on the website even though we have updated our officers' names in club central for our club for 1JAN2024.

I verified the "do not create email" box is unchecked in my profile about club address, and that my primary and secondary emails are correctly entered.

I tested the address VPM-6332@toastmastersclubs.org but it doesn't redirect my test email to my personal email as it really looks like that VPM email address does not exist. It looks like it did not automatically create one for me.

Would you be able to assist in this matter?

Your website data is not linked to the TI database, so whenever new members join, members take on officer roles or members leave, an officer with access to the Membership Management module of the website needs to update your club website data too.  Details on how to assign officer roles can be found here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...-panel#officer-roles

Currently there is no VPM registered on your website, hence no details show on the officer list.

Members with access to Membership on your website are the President, VPE and website admin (as listed in your website screen shot), so any one of them can make the changes.  Your VPM role also has access, even though there is no VPM.  Once you have been assigned the VPM role, you will have access to Membership Management
