Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

TM Masahira Hongo is duly registered on TI's roster on Sept 10,2024 as a new member of Takarazuka TMC (club no.1004).But he has not yet replied to your e-mail message titled"Pending addition to our website" because he has erroneously deletedyour e-mail message. There is no one by that name on any of the Membership Management module lists in FreeToastHost for your club.  You will need to add this person again.  Refer to [url] support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...ip-panel#add-members [/url] for the process, and note there, please, further down on the page, the section titled "Resend Opt-In Email(s)."
