Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate - expires next week

We (club #2654) receive the below message, however, there isn't anything wrong with our DNS configuration or name (lenexatm.com) registration.  Our certificate expires next week.  What to do?

/var/www/html/templates/httpcertrenewed.txt

[2025-03-29 08:23:54 GMT, FreeToastHost System Warning]  *** IMPORTANT! ***

NOTE:  The FreeToastHost server was unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain:
     www.lenexatm.com

*** This means that you may not be able to access your website using https:// with your custom domain
name after any existing certificates expire.

Possible causes may include:
    a. Your custom domain's DNS records are set up incorrectly on your registrar's website.
    b. You are using domain forwarding--it is *not* supported.
    c. Your custom domain has expired. (If so, you must address this with your registrar.)
    d. The custom domain listed in the admin console is no longer being used.
    e. The FTH server was temporarily unable to connect with the free LetsEncrypt! service to create the certificate.
(If so, this could be resolved automatically in a week.)

*** Note that the system may remove your custom domain from the database to prevent further invalid
attempts at cert renewals.

You may also access your website via 2654.toastmastersclubs.org

You can check your custom domain's expiration date using:
     who.is/whois/www.lenexatm.com

You can view your current DNS records using:
     www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=www.l...ns=auth&nameservers=

You can try to troubleshoot your DNS records using:
     www.dnsstuff.com/tools#dnsReport|type=do...lue=www.lenexatm.com

Please contact the FreeToastHost support team at support.toastmastersclubs.org for more details and assistance.

Our certificate expires next week.  What to do?
You just did it.   If the SSL cert auto-renewal fails more than once let us know and we can run it manually.
Code:
[Fri Apr 18 01:48:25 2025 GMT] SSL certificate successfully created for the following domains [lenexatm.com www.lenexatm.com] [Fri Apr 18 01:48:25 2025 GMT] Cert Expires: Thu Jul 17 00:49:52 2025 UTC [lenexatm.com.crt]
