Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Giving Acccess to Modules to Members

I know that officers can be assigned access to modules on the FTH website.  However, I have a VP PR committee; I would like that member (non-officer) to access the website settings module as part of the three allotted officers.  I want to add two officers and this non-officer to the website settings modules access settings.  Can this be accomplished without me sharing my password.  Thanks for your response and thanks for all that you do for clubs worldwide.

HI Zenia,
You can designate non-elected officers as "other officer" and then they will be present for access assignment in the ACCESS SETTINGS console.
See the very helpful online documentation (always a great place to start!) for details.
