Pathway Report Card

The report has one of my purchased paths as Dynamic Leadership.  I have never purchased this path.  My guess is on some past agenda instead of choosing Leadership Development I selected Dynamic Leadership.

My other three paths all came over with nothing completed - I have completed the entire Humorous path and have advanced almost to level 5 in both my other paths.  If a member can not correct this themselves it will be a lot of effort for the VP Ed.  Not sure how many members in my club have the same issue.

Also when I was logged on as admin and could edit my pathways setting I had to mark off and submit one speech at a time.  It would be nice to have the ability to just say MARK THIS LEVEL COMPLETE.

Your ClubAdmin or VPED needs to fix the agenda with the error and then remove the path from your list.
Look at the reports and it should help you find the agenda with the error

Some of the pathways speeches I’ve delivered at a different club so they wouldn’t be in any past agenda.

Very few VPE would have bandwidth to edit/create agendas to fix the issue.

If it’s not possible to sync with base camp’s record there should be a way for individuals to add to the record that is independent of a preexisting agenda.

Also, what happens if a member leaves a club and goes to another. Does this means they have lost their record?

1) We are not Toastmasters International, we have no access to any Toastmasters information that is not public.
2) This is how is has always been in FTH maybe one day we can find a way to merge data from different clubs agendas. For now nope.
3) it would not take long for a VPEd to make an agenda of speeches and add speeches done off site.
4) When a person leaves a club they can always get a report or all the speeches they have done.

I found the part of the website that allows admin to override the report card record.

1.  In mine there is a project for vocal variety and body language which is complete.  But there’s additional projects for vocal variety only and body language only which are not complete.  I don’t recall those two projects existing.  And even if they do, they shouldn’t be required to complete level 1.  

2. every time I update a project to override it, the page goes back to the top and the pathways and level I was looking at collapses.  Requiring me to open it back up again.  Can this be changed so that it can save without moving around and collapsing?

3. I strongly recommend giving regular members access to edit their own pathways record.  If you restrict to just the VPE/admin, I think people will let report card feature collect dust.

4. I see roles too like table topics. What is the logic behind assigning the role to the report card.  If I’m am on engaging humor How does it know to assign completion of table topics to engaging humor?  I might be working on a different path in parallel.  If both paths require a table topics role then which one would get the credit?

1) The paths have all been changed in Pathways, they now include speeches from the old educational series

3) Nope won't happen up the VPEd can nominate a total of 2 other members to update agendas

4) Club meeting functions are now part the requirements to complete a path. That is why they are in the report cards.
