Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Searching within membership management

Is there a function that allows VP of Membership to search the membership list for a particular person? If not, is a search function something that can be added? We have cleaned up our lists but open house events bring in more names. Quickly searching for a name could make management a bit easier.

Moved to suggestions.

All membership groups are alphabetical. Not sure how much faster a search function would be.
Thank you,

To search across all membership lists is the issue. We have surges with open house events, and we maintain a list of former members to invite to all activities. So, when a name pops up without a reference, it would be easier to search across all the member lists. Sometimes, we have a request to remove a name but without context of which list the name is under.

We are working through our prospect list, as we have too many, but that includes two recent surges.

Do appreciate sharing with the suggestions list. I'm encouraging our membership manager to get some additional help.
