Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi Again Brian and team

When printing the TM agenda, the member names seem to wrap which causes the agenda to print on two pages. I have tried eliminating "this is an evaluator" description to use less space, but it is an ongoing problem. Is this fixable for this club?

All I can suggest for you to use one of the other formats that does not have the left column.

Thanks Brian:

I was hoping that an adjustment could be made in the column size where the members; names appear. The names and sometimes designation seem to be wrapping to fit in the column size given.

It was 'fixed' by you before, but seems to have reverted to the previous iteration. It incudes the executive members and the beautiful header, which is why we wanted to print the agenda this way.

While making the columns wider worked for you it broke others pages in making the agenda too long because they print a lot in the center.
Not sure there is a happy medium.

Thanks for considering it! I do wish we could print it properly, and I appreciate that you explained why it doesn’t work. I am disappointed, but I do understand, though I can’t imagine what other clubs would have that would require more centre space! Thanks again,
