Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Meet Our Members page

On our Meet the Members page, 2 of the 3 members highlighted are no longer members of our club. I can't find anything that indicates who is private and who is public.

How do I change this to other members?

Anyone who is no longer a member can be moved to 'Former Members'. They will vanish from the public "Meet Our Members' page.

In 'My Profile' each member has control over whether or not they appear on 'Meet Our Members'. This is one setting that is not accessible to the Club Admin.

Do I need a separate sign-in to access "My profile" rather than my admin profile?

An Admin is NOT a member.
You need to log in as yourself the member. Using your name, email or username;
