Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't reassign the Presiding Officer

#103395
I can't figure out how our Presiding Officer, VPE, and VPM roles on our agendas (which were migrated from V3) are assigned, or how to reassign them. For example, our President is assigned to the Presiding Officer role, but she won't be at our next meeting, and I can't find a way to assign the VPE to that role for the next meeting. Help?

Please note: I read the "Assigning Speaker Role" topic and it seems to describe a similar (if not the same) issue. Also, I read the info on the Agenda Roles documentation page ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/agenda-roles ).

Per the Agenda Roles documentation page, I changed the Presiding Officer, VPE, and VPM roles so that the box is NOT ticked for "Members may sign themselves up for this role" (it was ticked by default). The migrated agendas already show these roles as roles that cannot be signed up for).

Thank you,
Beth May

If you want to put a body in a role then you have to tick "Members may sign up for this role"
Tick the role select the member and save.
Once the member is assigned no one else can sign up for the role.

You can preallocate members to roles in your templates and  just change them in a dated agenda using the pull down if required.
