Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't edit agendas, add people to agenda, or access any admin panel

As Treasurer, my role in FreeToastHost 3 was to set up agendas, add volunteers to roles, and modify them as needed. Now, when I log in, I can only assign myself to a role and not assign any of the people who have volunteered, and since they already volunteered, asking them to do so on the web *again* while we transition from keeping track in a Google Sheet to moving to FreeToastHost is just too much to ask during the transition. I can perform this with FreeToastHost 3, but FreeToastHost 4 locks everything down, and I can't make any changes. Also, I have admin access to our club account, 00005154, but I can't log in. I tried the old password, reset it, and reset it again. Each time, it says the password is incorrect, even though it lets me set it. This is just unworkable and not ready for rollout. They should have fixed these issues before pushing the update, and I don't enjoy acting as your beta tester without a proper Jira or other bug-tracking system.

We can't help you without your club number.  If you know who your registered Admin is, ask them to give you access to the agendas and agenda settings.  That would have migrated if it was set up correctly in FTH3.   Your VPE will by default have access to the agendas.
If you are the registered admin, you should have received notification of how to log in as admin.  Admin access has changed.

Thank you, Pam,

Reading through the threads, I found you renamed 00005154 to admin-5154, and I could force a password reset and get in. I found that, as we learn the new FTH, I would give the Treasurer, who is me, all access while we transition. I also set myself as the admin for 4787 as President, so I can help my club transition there.

I'm trying to figure out what the QTY Description section on the invoice page is, because it has an out-of-date membership price and the wrong due date. I edited the invoice itself, but I can't figure out where the QTY Description is coming from.

Every club admin received an email prior to migration that explains the new admin username, password reset and log-in instructions. Also refer to the announcement at the top of these forums.

QTY and description relate to the dues renewals related to each particular invoice. As the invoice is received by each member, QTY will always be 1. 'DESCRIPTION' is determined by the 'Period' settings in each dues cycle.

Please let us know if you have suggestions for improvement to the dues module or related documents.

The first time I tried to create a new dues cycle, it didn't save, but this time it did! BTW, as the area director for 41 in District 218, I hope I can be there to hear you give a speech at an upcoming CFC open house celebrating your retirement, my friend!
