Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Agenda -- The attendance reports don't include the TTS roles

We can now "Add row" to add some roles like Grammarian, Ah-counter, and TTS as Table Topics speakers. The roles of Grammarian and Ah-counters are recorded in the attendance report but the TTS is not. Is this a bug or by design?

As ther system doesn't know who the TTS are until after the agenda is reconciled, for now they  need to be manually attendance set.

The agenda was un-reconciled, added the TTS names, and then reconciled. The attendance was set "Save & Lock". Still the TTS roles didn't show up while all other roles came out.

Reg. this step "manually attendance set", the Status grill has four options: Present, Absent, Excused, and Not recorded. Whoever signs up a role in the agenda will automatically set the Status as "Present". BUT still, it doesn't make the TTS roles recorded. Any steps missing here?

TTS Speakers now update the attendance. Points and Pathways report card are updated when reconciled.

Just checked. Still no TTS roles in Reports. do you mean TTS only updates Attendance to "Present" but not Reports?
