Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

It doesn't allow me to upload images here so: Click "Meetings" on the header -- scroll down to a meeting in the past and click "View" -- Click "Manage agenda" on the top -- "Un-reconcile" -- add TTS names and save -- Go backward to meeting dashboard -- click "Reports" on the header tabs -- "Agenda Reports" -- select the name and dates -- it shows all the roles assigned to this name EXCEPT TTS.

also we un-reconcile and reconcile a past meeting every time when we update the roles.

the forum does allow images,look at the "add files" or drag and drop into area just below the add files.

I see 3 members as TTS speakers in the role report.
