Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Editing Home Page on a site ported over from FTH3

I am VPPR and Secretary of Saturday Morning Live TMs #2440. Among my duties was to edit and curate our site home page. A lot of guests and new members are attracted to our club by the text and images on our home page, including a PNG image of our club newsletter. Now that our site has been ported over to FTH4, I am unable to edit the items on the home page located between the Meeting Info, Visit as a Guest, and Podcast links and "Guests are welcome." I am not the official administrator of the website.  In FTH3, I could log on to the site as an Administrator and edit the home page. How can I regain the ability to edit the home page?

Please could you re-check your club number. We have a different club name on record for the club number you've given us.

Thanks.

Thanks, that looks right.

The admin on record is Steve Goldstein, DTM. You'll need to talk to him about delegating access for you to edit the MainPage and Manage website.

If the admin name is incorrect, you can change it by going through the process described here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/changing-site-admin
