Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Missing "public profile" check box

Hi FTH,

I came across an issue with turning an admin user's profile public.  Is this possible?  I am the president for the Arawa club # 6289 and I am the administrator for our FTH website.  

My profile (shown below) does not have the option to make the profile public.  Do I need to create an additional profile for me as the president so my profile shows?

I noticed on my other club, Taupo #2441, our admin has a profile shown in the membership area (public side) but also does not have the check box in his profile (backend).

ClubAdmin is not a member and doesn't have a public profile

The ClubAdmin can not make a members profile public only the member can. You need to sign in as you to make your profile public
