Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Adding admin ID and password in FHT 4

To whom it may concern,

   I have attempted to add the ID and password to the Mid-Day Cabaret FHT4 site -- 6847758.

   I used the id as admin-6847758 and used the "Forgot password" link.

   Received the reset password email, clicked on the link, and then reset the password.  The site indicated that my password was successfully changed.

   Tried loggin in and received an error message saying that "my member or password is incorrect", though I have a password manager which saved the id and password that I reset.

   I retried the "Forgot password" link and still get the same error.  What am I doing wrong?  Or does the admin link need more time to save in your system?

You keep resetting the password on your member account.

READ the instructions carefully when resetting the password for the clubadmin account ClubAdmin
