Site Admin "forgot password" Email not being sent to the email address

Hi
I have tried to login as a Site admin, but it did not validate successfully. I assume the password is incorrect. I tried using the "forget your password" option to reset the password but have not received it. I have looked at my Trash and Spam folders
Can you please help me reset the password?

The email is going to bwtoastmasters@gmail.com

I just sent the email and I can see the email being delivered to google.
