Can't Connect to GreenwoodToastmasters.com from my PC

I haven't been able to connect to our clubs FTH website ( www.GreenwoodToastmasters.com ) or 9475.toastmastersclubs.org. I am able to access the website from my Moto G5+ when it is connected to my cell data plan, but not when it is connected via my home Wi-Fi.

I suspect that I may have inadvertently caused this problem while i was experimenting with NMAP (open source network mapping program). At one point I pointed NMAP to www.GreenwoodToastmasters.com , which may have started a ping flood or something like that.

My outward facing IP address (of my router) is 38.66.240.55 (MAC Address a0:ab:1b:95:0f:6f). I haven't had any complaints from other club members about not being able to connect. I have also tried pinging 50.19.253.65 receiving only a "Request timed out" response.

My diagnosis to this point is that my outward facing IP address of 38.66.240.55 (or perhaps my Gateway address of 38.66.240.1) has been denied access at toastmastersclubs.org.

Yes you attacked the server and were blocked.

I have removed the block this time if it happens again the block will stay in place.

Thank you for removing the block. I will be much more careful in my experimenting. Studying for CompTIA A+, Security+ and Network+ certifications.

You are correct. I will certainly observe better IT hygiene.
