Hi all,
I really am impressed with the FTH system and all the features. Thinking to start using the agenda feature. However the printed version looks very simplistic and rough as compared to the ToastMasters template we have been using for years. See the link below to the template that I am referring to:

How can I format the agenda page to look similar to the template provided by Toast Masters?
Specifically I would need to create the left column with the various officer roles and the standard ToastMasters message. If the officer names can be populated based on the FTH officer list it would be even better.
Perhaps somebody has already done this before and has something I can copy/paste into my template?
