Calendar Problem

Hello, I have read other forum posts about the club calendar and I still cannot fix the problem. The color of the calendar event is in blue. I didn't set any of this up - - I am now just working with it for the first time. The time zone is set for EST (we are in OH, so that is correct). The time on the calendar says 2:45, however, we meet at 6:45. I am now the website administrator for the club, but it doesn't allow me to change anything on the calendar. I just need the time to reflect 6:45 instead of 2:45. The agenda is correct.

How can I do that?

What happens it that you created the agenda before you set the times zone.

To fix edit the dated agenda and save the agenda right away. that will fix the calendar.
