Base Camp manager emails not received by Pres, VPE & secretary

Hi,
Lilydale Toastmasters 4731 has contact@lilydaletoastmasters.org.au stored for the contact us at TI. A member completed a level last Monday but no emails were received. I did a test yesterday 21July at about 16.30 Melbourne time.
This may even be a problem with TI.

Your presidents webmail service is not accepting any email from FTH. She will have to contact them to find out why.

Thanks for letting be know the problem with the president's email. What about the other two? The VPE and the secretary?

Are they complaining they are not receiving?

Yes, none of the three are receiving. After they mentioned that the level 1 completion didn't trigger an email, I did a test for an external training request. That didn't trigger an email either.
