Where do I find the new toastmaster agenda?

I don't want be appear stupid but I'm not sure what you mean, sorry I don't see any template other than yours.

When you click on the printer icon to print the agenda, you should see a pop-up. In the pop-up there is a drop-down list. Look for the option in the list called TM Layout... that is the recently added new printed agenda layout. It is not really a different agenda... it is just an additional choice for layout and styling for printing it. Make sure you turn on the printing of background images in your browser print dialog so that you can see the banner image at the top of the printed page.
