One member of club not receiving members email from FTH

Club# 3205 https:///3205.toastmastersclubs.org Sandy Allnock, sandy@sandyallnock.com
The above member is not receiving emails when sent via members through FTH. I tried removing her to try to add her back in as member but she did receive the initial email so she shows up as a member with line through her name. Any suggestions on what else to try?

Your members spam service is not accepting email from our server. She needs to add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to her accepted email list.
