Contact Us form closing

Even though I've entered a closing and received a Success upon saving, the contact us form doesn't display the closing. I've refreshed the site. Doesn't seem to be another post about this.

I just sent myself a contact us on our test website... I did not see any problem.

What browser?

Just to be even more clear, I've included screen shots from the admin module for the Contact Us form and the form as it appears to a guest. The Closing phrase doesn't appear on the form. The result is the same on several browsers on my Mac (Safari, Firefox and Chrome), Windows 10 Explorer and iPad (Safari, Firefox and Chrome).

Ok, you are misunderstanding how this works.

The closing message appears after you click the Submit button. It shows up at the top of the form in addition to the TI logo.

So... you are thinking it should show on the form... there is no room for that and it has never appeared there anyway.

That is embarrassing. I've never filled the form out to see a closing message come up. The description under the field for the statement is, "If you enter a closing message above, we will use it on your Contact Us form instead of the default closing." We will use it ON your Contact... Would you please describe it differently for newbies and people like me?

Just tested it for first time. NOW I get it.

Do you have any suggestions for a better description?
