5312; New member Jennifer Moore accepted the privacy statement and replied but she has not been added to our website. After several weeks, I deleted her and reentered her as a guest to see if that would work, but she is still not added. She has replied to the privacy emails, but she's been in limbo for several months.

Any ideas? Thank you!

There is no Jennifer as a member of 5312.
You have a Jennifer that is in the Guest list.
Using the membership tool you need to move her to the members list.

5312. Jennifer is showing in strike through print and I am unable to move her from Guest to Member. How can we get her shown in regular print so that she can be properly moved? Thanks! Jim G VP Ed

She has not clicked the link to authorize you putting her information on the website by clicking the Opt-in link in the email she was sent. Until she does so there the only thing you can do is resend the Opt-in email and request the she click the authorization link.
