FTH responded to a change in Gmail behavior

Some club's will find some of their member email addresses were replaced by the 'noemail' placeholder. This was caused by a change at Gmail and FTH has made the necessary adjustments to restore function. Affected clubs will need to restore their member's email address. If there is a bounce count error with the address please let us know on the forums.

Adding Guests to an Agenda

Occasionally both of my clubs have guest speakers - or a guest takes on a role such as timer or Wizard of Ahs. We would like to add their names to the agenda. Is there any reasonable way to do this?

1) Always provide your club number.

2) add a member called Guest with no email address. Use the Guest as the place holder for any non member in the Agenda.

3) you can update the Role Description with their name.
