Good day,
I wanted to check back in to inform you that I am unable to access the website from my computer. I went to the library and it worked. So, I published the agenda from the library computer. I have cleared my cache on my personal computer and each time I try to log in our club website, 5499945, I am asked every time to accept the privacy statement, which I have not been asked before on my personal computer. I am unable to reload the web page because that link is not live like the meeting agenda and a few others under the members only site.
Today, I noticed another issue, I asked a member (Candace Williams) to log in to the website and she shared her screen with me. There is a straggled file under member downloads (see attachment). No one is able to access the file manager in the club. This issue occurred before and I was encouraged to check with the other person who had access at that time. I checked with the person and she asserted she does not go under file manager. Presently, no one has access to the file manager in the club and I have been unable to access this link because, like the meeting agenda, the link is not live. When I use the admin access, you can see the folder labelled to be nestled under folder #7 but it is straggled. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.
All the best….
