Unable to login as website administrator using login key

I am unable to login as website administrator using login key that the current administrator received.

Can you help us? Thank you.

login keys are one use only.
The site admin has a password that they use.
If you need to change the site admin use the change request form.

The site admin doesn't remember the password, that is why we ask for the login key.

We both were unable to use the login key.

Do you recommend trying again to get a login key or change the site admin?

If the site admin is not going to be the site admin, do the change request.

We changed the contact info for our club but doesn't appear on the change request yet. Does it take long to update?
