Adding new member

Hello, I am having trouble adding a new member, The new member's name is added, and then is struck out in the membership list. I know a message is sent to the member, because I see it in my inbox as website administrator. The problem is that the club's website address is not included in the body of the message, and there is no hyper link to click on. Where is this generic message, and how can I add the club's website address to it? Thank you,

The email the member receives has the link to accept or deny,
the email you receive is just a notification.
