Member can't log in

Hello FTH team, One of our members hasn't been able to log in for a few days. When she tries to reset her password and uses the link provided, she receives the error message as attached. I can see that other members (including me) have been able to log in. I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer.
This is the message:to ' There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (TuugHUOgOvEsG0le9V02aSTiG) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was sent when clicked.' She said it has occurred with each link sent.

2) what browser and and OS and version?
3) nothing was attached.

Have her click the reload button at bottom of you club website.

The links in the emails are only good once.
