I see that you are SAA and have been granted rights to edit the agenda and agenda settings. You should be able to do that when logged in as a member. You don't need to log in as admin. Please try editing the agenda when logged in as a member

Have you tried editing the template as a member? You should have a link to that close to the bottom of the members only links (left hand side)
