The President for the GE Appliances Toastmaster group (Club Number 2410414) cannot successfully register and log in to this site.

When trying to register for support, it says that the email address entered already exists (and therefore can’t use that address to register), but then when asked it to send a password reminder, it states “Invalid email address”.

Can't find a "Contact Us" link without signing in.

Attempted registration with two different email addresses with the same results:
Personal: sailships@yahoo.com
Business: scott.brining@geappliances.com

Can someone look into this and reach out to him directly?

Neither of those email addresses are members of the support site.

He is registered under scott.brining@appliances.com and he never activated his account.
He should be able to log in with the email and password he registered with.

Checking...

The decline messages were received even after following the activation link.

So an attempt was made to activate but was unsuccessful.

Any advice or resets or resends that can be done on this end?

Still getting "Invalid email address" for either email provided above.

Can you reach out to him via the email addresses above with his credentials? (I'm his Area Director).

He needs the direct help, and I need to sign out and don't want impede this getting resolved.

That is the issue then. Either by typo or however... the email address SHOULD BE...

scott.brining@geappliances.com

NOT

scott.brining@appliances.com (missing the "ge")

Can his account be fixed with the correct email address, and then a new activation email be sent please?
