I am having the same problem with a new member. He says he opted in but he does not show up. His name is Luke Voight and email is luke.voigt@ceterais.com

There is no Luke in member management.

One of 2 things happened, the email address was wrong and record was deleted by the system or
The member clicked the disallow link in the email.

Add the member again and make sure email is correct and the member knows to click the allow link in the email.

He told me he received the email and opted in. He also opted in to the main toastmasters site as well and didn't have any issues.
How do I resend the email? And I did not add him.. Our treasurer did.. This is all new for me;/

Stacy Moore is the site admin and she has not given you access to member management.
You need to have someone with access re-add him.
