Restricting folder/files to club officers only

Is there a way to restrict a folder and files listed under that folder to club officers only? We want the ability to review our draft documents before placing a finalized file for all members to be able to see and download. If this does not exist, I would like to request this as a suggested new feature to implement in the future.

sorry no. FTH is not a file repository. If you want this kind of functionality there are many free choices on the web like google docs, drop box etc.
