GUIDANCE PLEASE. Is there something I can do from the club side?

This message comes back for one member, when sending from agenda to specific groups (not to all members). In this case, to SPEAKERS.


Diagnostic Code: 550 Mail rejected by <Zoho Mail> for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail to an Internet mail server. www.spamhaus.org maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please contact for email delivery information and support

I was using the AGENDA SELECTION FEATURE to send to just the speakers on that agenda. I assume the software knows how to create that temporary group.

Curiously, the same person seems to get the general emails from our distribution list.

I'm attaching what I think you are looking for re: the header.

That is totally confusing as I correspond with her on that email routinely.
Dang - I see her address has been removed from her record, too, now.

Why would she get personal emails and general distribution successfully for MEMBERS, but this failure when using the speakers subset option from the agenda. I've never had this kind of problem before. ARG.
Emails sent to the primary email address [ carmen@carmenchapa.com ] for Member Carmen Chapa have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.
