Unable to edit new member's data to correct their e-mail address...

Hi,

Our VPM added a new member recently, but made an error with the new member's e-mail address. So the Opt-in e-mail is going to the wrong address. As a result, the new member cannot opt-in. Meanwhile in the Member management form their entry remains grayed out with a line through, it so we cannot edit the entry to correct the e-mail address. If we delete the entry, we'd have to wait 30 days for it to really be removed. is there any way to get around this ?

Thanks,
Rob Adamson (Secretary, Club #930 (West Suburban Toastmasters)

Delete the entry and then add a new one with the correct email address. It just creates a new member record with the correct email address.
