Question about officer PDL list

#75030
We are getting bounce back messages based on this guidance to guests

Please note: If you would like to be removed from this distribution, please send a note to officers-9953@toastmastersclubs.org and we will remove your contact information from our list.

Is there a best practice we should use for guests notifying our club they wish to be removed from the guest list other than our officer PDL?

Thanks,
Jaimee Shell

The club group emails are reserved for members only use.
The individual officer email forwarding addresses can be used by non-members, as long as the officer hasn't disabled his/her officer email address (e.g. saa-9953@toastmastersclubs.org)
Any email sent to a non-member group will have an unsubscribe option so that the recipients can opt out of receiving future emails

Putting notes like this in emails to non-members indicates a lack of understanding how the system works and will only lead to a bad experience on the part of both members and guests. Please make sure you review our online docs prior to referencing any FTH features (incl email addresses) to non-members. Members and non-members are treated *very differently* by FreeToastHost and how the two types of people experience the system is very different.
