adding new officer photos

I've been through every tab on the admin board and cannot figure out how to change pictures or add member profile pictures. What am I missing?

Sheila Oranch (outgoing president, incoming secretary, ongoing webmaster)

You update the member photos through the members profile if the member has allowed the admin access the admin command change it if not the member has to change the picture themselves

Do you know how I can change the basic photos on our home page and member news?
